Notice is hereby given that the Town of Verona Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 12, 2025 at the Town Office Building, 6600 Germany Road, Durhamville, New York.

@ 7:15PM Requestor: Patrick Gerwig, representing Wood Creek Hollow LLC; 7027 County Route 50, for a special permit for Outdoor and Indoor Recreation on property that he owns at 3986 Wood Creek Road.  Activities are to include: a haunted walk attraction, a pumpkin patch, fall festivals, and movie nights.  It will be a seasonal operation with special nights held throughout the year. 

@ 7:30PM Requestor:  Richard Brandt, owner of 6762 Forest Avenue, for a 2’ foot variance on the north side of his property to place a 12x20’ shed eight feet from the property line.  All interested parties will be heard at this time.

@ 7:45PM Requestor: William Milbach and Brian Milbach, 5461 Main Street, Durhamville, for a Special Home Occupation Permit for a small engine repair service to be allowed in a 30x60 barn located on the property.
