Building Permits
Permits are required from the Codes Enforcement Officer for additions, fences, swimming pools, accessory buildings, sheds, decks, and driveways/aprons. HOA approvals should be obtained and submitted with permit applications.  All necessary permits required must be obtained prior to construction.
