Notice is hereby given that the Town of Verona Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday January 12th, 2026 at 7:15 PM in the Court Room at the Town Office Building, 6600 Germany Road, Durhamville, New York. Requestor, Ms. Rose Reilly of 2321 Oneida Street, Verona Beach NY attended the December ZBA Meeting requesting a variance for new construction of a 6’ x 14’, low-profile front deck with a single step at an existing single-family residence. Ms. Reilly is requesting a variance for 7ft 7inch setback.
