Notice is hereby given that the Town of Verona Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 11, 2025 at 7:15 PM at the Town Office Building, 6600 Germany Road, Durhamville, New York. Requestor: Robert Knittle, 5660 Tilden Hill Road, for a 10’ side yard variance on the northwest side of his property to build a 26’x36’ garage fifteen feet from the property line. All interested parties will be heard at this time.
